Youth Strength Clinics
๐น Teen Strength Clinics โFall & Winter
This fall and winter, we are offering two age-specific strength clinics designed to help teens build confidence, purpose, and a solid foundation in the gym. These clinics will empower young athletes with the knowledge, structure, and support they need to train safely, effectively, and with intention. Whether your teen is brand new to lifting or looking to take their training to the next level, this is a chance to learn, grow, and develop lifelong habits in a positive and motivating environment.
The clinics will be divided into two groups:

Each group will meet weekly in a supportive and structured environment that balances education, movement, and motivation.

Proper Use of Machines & Free Weights
Learn how to confidently use gym equipment with proper form, reduce risk of injury, and understand when and how to incorporate machines vs. free weights into your training.

How to Structure & Follow Effective Training Splits
Weโll break down different workout splits (full body, upper/lower, push/pull, etc.), how to choose the right one for your goals, and how to progress over time.

Goal Setting, Gym Confidence & Mindset Development
Build more than just strength โ weโll focus on developing a positive training mindset, setting realistic goals, and overcoming mental barriers that keep people stuck.

Gym Etiquette, Safety & Respect for Shared Spaces
Learn the unspoken rules of the gym: how to share space, re-rack weights, use rest periods respectfully, and keep your training environment safe and welcoming.

Tracking Personal Progress & Understanding Long-Term Growth
Weโll teach you how to track personal records (PRs), recognize small wins, and understand that results take time โ helping you stay motivated and focused on the big picture.
This is a great opportunity for your teen to receive semi-personalized coaching from two highly experienced local trainers in a positive and engaging setting. Whether theyโre new to strength training or ready to take their workouts to the next level, this clinic will equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive.
