Our 6-week strength and bodybuilding program is designed specifically for middle and high school athletes who want to build a strong foundation in the weight room. This program teaches the fundamentals of strength training while instilling confidence, discipline, and proper gym habits that will benefit athletes in both sport and life.

  • Strength Training Fundamentals
    Learn the basics of resistance training through age-appropriate exercises that emphasize total-body strength and athletic development.

  • Proper Technique & Form
    We teach safe and effective lifting mechanics with a focus on body awareness, posture, and movement control.

  • Gym Etiquette & Safety
    Students will learn how to navigate the weight room respectfully and responsibly—understanding equipment use, spotting, and respecting others' space.

  • Mindset & Discipline
    We coach the importance of consistency, work ethic, goal-setting, and mental toughness—both in and out of the gym.

  • Progressive Overload
    Students will learn how to safely and gradually increase volume, intensity, and resistance to continue making gains.

  • Intro to Bodybuilding Principles
    A foundational approach to muscle building, symmetry, and training discipline—geared toward youth development, not competition prep.

  • Group Size: Max 6 athletes for personalized coaching and attention

  • Full Program (12 sessions total): $240 per athlete
    (Only $20 per session)
