Hybrid Performance Coaching- Strength Focused

Integrated Endurance + Strength Coaching

This hybrid option is designed for endurance athletes who want to prioritize strength development while continuing to build aerobic capacity and sport-specific performance. The foundation of this program is structured, progressive strength training — supported by smart endurance programming to maintain or improve race readiness.

This is ideal for athletes in an off-season phase, returning from injury, plateaued in performance, or looking to build long-term durability.

  • Integrated mobility and corrective exercise work
