Training with Jonathan has been life-changing. His approach is one of patience and kindness, and he is incredibly welcoming. He has completely dispelled any intimidation I previously felt before walking into a gym. I have spent my life engaged in endurance sports–running and cycling–and given no attention to weight training. Jonathan has taught me the importance of both, and how weight training can make you a better endurance athlete. My form was terrible and I was getting injured repeatedly. Through working with Jonathan, I now love lifting weights and I’m hooked. His attention to detail has made all the difference.
