JONATHAN GARCIA, CPT, LMT, NMT
With over a decade of experience in personal training, I’ve built my career around helping people move better, get stronger, and train with purpose. I specialize in creating programs that are not only effective in the gym, but also carry over into real-life movement and performance. My background includes extensive study of anatomy and biomechanics, which plays a key role in how I assess, cue, and coach movement. I believe training should enhance your body—not break it down—so I focus on building strength, mobility, and durability in a way that supports long-term health.I work with a wide range of clients, from athletes and active adults to those recovering from injury or looking to get back into a consistent routine. Every program is designed with the individual in mind, built around clear goals and smart progression.Whether you're working toward a sport goal, managing aches and pains, or simply want to move and feel better, I bring a thoughtful, results-driven approach that adapts to your body and your life.
