Growing up in Louisville, CO, my journey into health and fitness began early through involvement in a variety of team sports. Encouraged by my dad, an avid lifter, I learned the value of weight training not just for athletic performance, but for life. That mindset has stuck with me ever since. With over a decade of experience in personal training, I specialize in performance- and physique based training. I have an extensive background in anatomy and physiology, which shapes how I coach movement, structure programs, and help clients train efficiently and safely. My goal is to help each client move better, build strength, and gain muscle in a way that supports their long-term goals. I focus on teaching proper form and using cues that work for each individual so you can get the most out of your time in the gym, avoid injury, and make sustainable progress. Whether you’re chasing a performance goal, looking to gain muscle and strength, or simply want to feel stronger and move better, I’ll help you train with intention and build lasting results.

Jonathan has been immersed in endurance sports for over 20 years, gaining a deep understanding of optimal training and racing techniques. His passion for running began early, leading him to compete for Western State Colorado University, a top Division II distance program, where he was a national qualifier in cross-country and the 3000m steeplechase. He then transitioned to cycling, racing both domestically and internationally for 6 years. Starting with Einsteins Bagels elite cycling team, he went on to race for BMC Pro Cycling Team, participating in high-profile events such as the Tour of California, Tour of Utah, Criterium International, and the Tour of Switzerland, and representing the USA at the Olympic Test Event in Beijing. After transitioning from cycling, Jonathan continued to thrive in running and triathlons, with standout achievements including a 12th place finish at the Los Angeles Marathon (2:32) and a top 10 spot at Ironman Branson 70.3. Jonathan enjoys supporting endurance athletes of all levels, helping them achieve their racing and life goals.

With over nine years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, I bring a disciplined, mission-driven approach to personal training. My background includes specialized training in infantry tactics, Marine Corps Martial Arts (MCMAP), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, cold weather survival, and physical and mental resilience—skills that have shaped both my physical expertise and leadership style.As a graduate of the Marine Corps’ resident career-level leadership courses, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to motivate, guide, and support individuals through mental and physical challenges. Having personally experienced and overcome injury during active duty, I understand the importance of a structured, sustainable recovery. My approach emphasizes progression that builds strength, resilience, and long-term health—whether you’re returning from injury, starting your fitness journey, or training for elite performance.I’m committed to helping every client push past perceived limits with confidence and purpose—because fitness isn’t just about the body, it’s about mindset, adaptability, and perseverance.
