Level 1 Training Plan

Best for self-motivated athletes who want structure without ongoing coaching.

Level 2 Training Plan

$160.00 / month

Best for athletes who want ongoing guidance and flexibility.

Includes:

  • Fully customized endurance training plan

  • Ongoing plan adjustments based on fatigue, recovery, and performance

  • Regular check-ins

  • Support for recovery and workload management

  • Basic TrainingPeaks account

  • Custom built training program bi – weekly

  • Building towards short term and long term goals

  • Bi- Weekly phone call
