Jonathan Garcia and Rand Sentes of Elements Training Company bring a combined 15 years of experience as personal trainers and competitive athletes. Both grew up in Louisville and share a strong connection to the community and a passion for helping local youth build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

This fall and winter, they’re offering two age-specific strength clinics designed to help teens build purpose and direction in the gym. Clinics will be divided into two groups: ages 14–16 and 17–18, meeting weekly to cover everything from gym etiquette to PR tracking.

Each session will include:

  • Proper use of machines and free weights

  • How to structure and follow effective training “splits”

  • Intro to sports nutrition and recovery habits
