Jonathan Garcia and Rand Sentes of Elements Training Company bring a combined 15 years of experience as personal trainers and competitive athletes. Both grew up in Louisville and share a strong connection to the community and a passion for helping local youth build strength, confidence, and healthy habits that last a lifetime.
This fall and winter, they’re offering two age-specific strength clinics designed to help teens build purpose and direction in the gym. Clinics will be divided into two groups: ages 14–16 and 17–18, meeting weekly to cover everything from gym etiquette to PR tracking.
Each session will include:
Proper use of machines and free weights
How to structure and follow effective training “splits”
Intro to sports nutrition and recovery habits
Building confidence, goal setting, and mindset development
Gym etiquette
This is a great opportunity for your teen to experience personal and semi-private coaching from two experienced local coaches in a positive and structured environment.
Dates:
Sundays starting October 5, 12, 19, 26
Time:
Ages 14-16 from 9:30am-10:45am
Ages 17-18 from 11am-12:15pm
(15min question and answer sessions after)

$ 100 4/ 75 min training sessions
